I’ve included some resources here that I’ve found useful in my own learning and in my work with clients. Most are non-academic (though many include research), and are meant to be accessible and engaging.

As always, I encourage you to pay attention to how your nervous system responds. Not every resource will be helpful at every time—and something that doesn’t land now might feel more useful later.
